The Management Committee is the top tier of Imagination Learning Systems management structure, an apex body that oversees Company's overall functioning. The group deliberates on important Company issues steering it in the right direction.
The Management Committee ensures that all decisions are taken in the best interest of the organization. Issues are discussed, analyzed and concluded through exchange of ideas through participative management.
The management committee of ILS has developed and implemented policies, procedures and practices that attempt to translate our company's vision, mission and purpose into reality. The management also identifies, measures, monitors and controls the risks factors in the business and ensures safe, sound and efficient operation. It also facilitates the Company's compliance with the best standards of Corporate Governance.
The Management committee meets every month under the chairmanship of the Executive Director.

Amar Vir, is heading the Imagination Learning Systems as an Executive Director, where he has provided strategic direction for the growth and development of the company’s business. He holds total of 14 years varied working experience with Microland, Gillette, Dabur, and Max New York Life Insurance, in directing cross-functional teams of technical and operational experts to analyze systems, processes, implementations and system improvements. He has been recognized for leadership in project planning, scheduling, prioritization, contingency and risk planning, work assignments, and definition of scope for enterprise information systems projects.
Amar holds Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Business Administration, and holds many technical and process related certifications including ISO and Six Sigma, executive management program certifications and diplomas from top B- Schools of India. He spends his spare times in watching TV and reading books on management & strategy.
Chittesh Maheshwari
Chittesh Maheshwari, also as an Executive Director at ILS is responsible for all strategic decisions & alliances, investor relations, financial management & governance in order to achieve company's goals and growth objectives. He is holding a total of 10 years varied working experience with IBM-Daksh, Max New York Life Insurance, EXL e-services, WIPRO Technology, in managing and directing cross-functional teams of compliance & operational experts to analyze systems, processes, implementations, system improvements , IT security and compliance with various regulatory & global standards. His major interest areas are process improvements, project execution / management, financial feasibility of solutions and education related activities management.
Chittesh is Bachelor in Economics and holds Master's degree in Computer Applications, along with a number of industry certifications and detailed know how of industry and global standards / best practices viz. CISA, ISO 27001/ 20000, ITIL, Green IT, Six Sigma, BCP/DRP practices & PMI practices. He used to spend his free times in reading books, mainly non-fiction - including autobiographies, history, global business environment, strategy & management.
Brajendra Kumar Singh
Brajendra Kumar Singh, as AVP-Projects & Resource Management, takes care of all onsite end- to-end project deliveries and is responsible for project management and resource management at ILS. With a rich experience in management he has worked for Imagination Infotech, Polymedicure Ltd., Arian Pricision Instrument Inc, for onsite project management, business analysis, system implementation & testing engineering.
Brajendra did his MBA from Symbiosis International University and holds BE degree in Electronics and Communications. He likes to visit places of interests.
Arvind Daryana
Arvind Daryana’s role as AVP- Business Management at ILS is a mix of business development and operations. While leading the marketing of products, implementations, trainings and channel operation activities of ILS, his major responsibility include management of projects carried out in North India especially in Delhi & NCR. Having a blend of experience in project management related to assessments, implementations and sales, he has worked for IBM and Exxon Mobil (a fortune 1 company) before joining ILS.
Arvind holds an engineering degree in computers and various IT industry specific certifications, and is fond of traveling and likes to visit tourist places.
Avadhesh Choudhary
Avadhesh Choudhary, as AVP - Systems & Solutions takes care of research and development, database management, optimization and maintenance, application server management, SVN management, application architecture and improvement activities at ILS. He is having a rich experience in hard core technical domain, has worked for Bioinformatics Institute of India, Noida prior to joining ILS.
Avadhesh is a Master's in Computer Applications and does have CCNA, DOEACC-‘A’ Level certifications. He likes to surf internet on various topics related to R & D in IT sector.
Sumit Saini
Sumit Saini as AVP - Systems is responsible for managing end-to-end development and solutions for IL12, IL preK, all UI related processes and external projects. He is having a huge experience of software development and system designing, has worked for DAVIM and Micro Science Systems, India before joining ILS.
Sumit is having Masters Degree in Computer Applications, holds SCJP in Java 1.4 and an Advance Certification in Core and Advance Java. He does have interests in long drives, mountaineering and listening music.
